Come to Omena as a group

You can make group reservations for Omena Hotels (min. 7 rooms / reservation). Send us your request for quotation, and we will give you a good offer and make the booking for you. (Bookings for 1 to 6 rooms are easy to make directly on our website at The booking terms and conditions must be accepted before booking. The booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to your contact by e-mail. You will need to give us the personal details of all the members of your group staying at the hotel by e-mail at least 7 days before the reservation starts. We will register either the hotel guests or the contact person for each room of the reservation.

To make a group reservation:

    1. Send a request for quotation to and tell us what type of group it is, the number of rooms, the period and the city that you intend to visit.

    2. We will notify you of the reservation status, our quote and the group reservation terms, and request for a confirmation of acceptance of the quote.

    3. After your confirmation, we will make the booking for you, and you will reserve the booking confirmation and invoice to your email address. The total sum and an advance payment of 15% are stated on the invoice. The invoice must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice. The final invoice for the reservation is sent automatically 21 days before the start of the reservation. The final invoice takes into account the advance payment, and the due date is 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

    4. Send the details of the hotel guests by e-mail at least 7 days before the start of the reservation. We will enter the details of the contact or, upon request, the names of the guests for each room of the reservation.

    5. Room numbers and door codes will be sent to guests by e-mail 24 hours before the start of your stay and by text 4 hours before the start of your stay (to e-mail addresses and mobile numbers given in the room details). On the day of arrival, the hotel guests can go directly to their rooms without having to inform of their arrival or check in. On the departure day, the guests can leave the hotel without checking out.

If you need to cancel your reservation (or make changes), you can send e-mail to (Finland) or (Denmark) or (Sweden). In the event of changes or cancellations, a new invoice or a credit slip may be sent to the e-mail address of the designated contact. The invoice is always attached to an e-mail in pdf format.
